Would highly recommend
As first-time home buyers we greatly appreciated our care from Sally and Siri! They worked with us for over a year to find a home that was right for us. They were always willing to answer our questions and talk through our concerns; we never felt pressured into a decision that we were not comfortable with. Even after closing, they continued to stay connected to make sure we were cared for by preparing us for tax season and following-up with our home warranty company when we needed repairs. Overall we are very happy with our care and would highly recommend Sally and Siri!
An absolute pleasure
Working with Sally and Siri was no surprise to be an absolute pleasure. Having had family use their services multiple times in the past and always received excellent service, it was the exact same for me. As a first time home buyer, their knowledge and expertise were invaluable in relieving stress in what could have been a very stressful situation. Many times I reached out with questions and was always answered with patience and promptness. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Above & beyond!
Siri went above and beyond my expectations. She was extremely responsive and timely, did her research on my every question, gave me great advice, and was happy to answer questions even after the home purchase was final. I am so grateful that Siri was recommended to me. I highly suggest working with her if you need a savvy realtor who really cares about your best interest.
We knew she'd take care of us
After working with Sally in 2018 to buy our first home, we didn't hesitate to call her when we were ready to sell and buy again in 2023. We knew she'd take good care of us and get the job done smoothly, just as she did before! Between our two home purchases and one home sale, we really got to know Sally well and she is simply fabulous. She is highly-skilled, deeply personable, and a strong advocate for her clients' needs. She advised us on all our major decisions without telling us what to do, helped set us up for success every step of the way, made sure we understood what was happening in the process at all times, and was always available for our questions, any time. She made us welcome baskets for our new homes and even picked up our moving truck once when we couldn't manage to do it ourselves! She took good care of us and I'm sure we owe the smoothness of all our sale/purchase transactions to her expertise. I hope we never move again, but if we do, we'll be calling Sally!
Insightful & intuitive!
Sally is an immense credit to the industry and a great pleasure to work with. Before anything its clear that my goals and the outcome of my search, were 100% Sally's goals too. She listens well and asks the tough questions to make concrete the sometimes vague client (i.e. my!) wishes. She then has he vast industry experience, connections and skills to find the home described by the vision and make the dream turn into reality. An abundance of patience and humor too. Would definitely work with again and very highly recommend.
Communication is key!
We are on our fourth real estate transaction with our agent, Sally Tritt-Collins and can't imagine using another realtor. After many disappointing real estate experiences, my husband and I found Sally when we were searching for our first home together. She has always made the time to make us feel like her most important clients, whether our budgets were miniscule, we were searching out of her key area, or our renters were making selling a home painful for her. Through it all, Sally's sunny attitude, love of the business and of people come through. We couldn't be happier and encourage other people to try her as well.
